  I can't even remember the last time I enjoyed such excellent cuisine. Hawaiian and French with a big twist of imagination. Every detail of our meal was exceptional! We had the organic salmon, honey glazed pork chop, crème brulé, and a delicious bottle of wine that our server selected for us. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. We finished our plates because it was far to good not to.

  Just delicious!
  It is very hard to grill swordfish just right. Here they do it perfectly.
  The triple tail snapper is just unbelievable.
  And the deserts...
  Perfect.
  The service matches in quality and attentiveness.
  A simple must if you are in the vicinity.

  Exquisite food created by fantastic chef with the goal of serving the best in quality seafood in a quaint little Bonita storefront. Although the curb appeal and interior design details leave something to be desired, the wine list and the handcrafted dishes do not. This local gem is on my definitely visit list for anyone living, visiting or just passing through Bonita Springs. check out their website for more details about the background story and beliefs of the chef. It's amazing how a small idea and great talent can produce delicious food.
